Gastro Girl, Inc., is a patient-centric health company that addresses the education, information, and access needs of approximately 70 million individuals in the United States that suffer from digestive symptoms, disorders, and diseases. Leveraging the latest technologies and its partnership with The American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), Gastro Girl’s mission is to bring GI stakeholders together to provide patients the help they need when and how they need it.

Since 2016 Gastro Girl has served as the ACG’s official patient education partner. Gastro Girl and ACG expanded this partnership in 2019 and created GI OnDEMAND to bring multidisciplinary care services to gastroenterology practices and their patients nationwide. These services include GI Nutrition, Gut-Brain expertise and Genetic Testing and Counseling.

I’m Jacqueline Gaulin — or as I’m also known to most gastroenterologists, registered dietitians, and GI patients — Gastro Girl!

We believe that a patient-centric and collaborative approach to gastrointestinal health will help the one-in-four in people in the US who is suffering from chronic GI symptoms—or a condition, like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) — achieve better health.

Our focus is on connecting patients to GI experts — including clinicians, registered dietitians, psychologists and health coaches as well as to the evidence-based health information they need to follow their doctor’s treatment plan and make informed health care decisions with their care team for better health outcomes.
