Individuals 18 and over who are living with one or more digestive-health related symptoms or conditions and want to learn more about the gut-brain relationship, strategies to help relieve discomfort, coping mechanisms and more.

Learn and practice three scientifically supported strategies

Identify strategies and trouble-shoot how to implement focused attentional exercises in order to improve gut comfort

Who is GI Psychology?

GI Psychology is a team of clinical experts specially trained to facilitate relief in individuals experiencing GI distress, chronic pain, and other complicated medical conditions.
